At Heelys UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of receipt provided they are in brand new, unworn condition with all original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Heelys

  Place the shoes back in their original branded box, ensuring all wheels, tools, and plugs are included, and secure it inside a mailing bag.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest designated courier collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
